International Bill of Rights (UN Charter, the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human
Rights, the UN Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the UN Covenant on
Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights) with agreement signified by ratification of all
four; Membership in the World Trade Organization; Ratification of the Landmine
Convention; Ratification of the Law of the Sea Treaty; and Ratification of the Kyoto
Treaty. This selection covers some of the major issues, economics, environment,
security, and human rights that would likely come before the Global Directorate.
Agreement within the Global Directorate will be decided when some form (simple, super,
or unanimity) of majority of actors vote positively. .
