| perceptions of the growth and development of school clinical faculty; and school faculty perceptions of professional preparation and development of teacher candidates; 2) the methods employed in the research; 3) the results of the analysis of both the pilot and follow up studies; and 4) how this model may be used to quantitatively measure results of PDS efforts.
