Abstract:

This presentation explores the concept of “educative assessment,” i.e., assessment designed to evaluate and teach, within the context of the national standards. Participants do group sharing about assessments they currently use, get a brief literature review, review model K-16 standards-based assessments, and do a pair activity evaluating sample educative assessments.
