Abstract:
|
This paper represents a status report on Asian communication studies from 1990 to 2005. Findings indicate that the growth in this body of literature remained modest given an abundance of research opportunities in the area. The meta-analysis, conducted on the census of relevant journal articles in fifteen years, provides a unique window to understand how Asian communication has been studied in the United States and where the research is heading. |
