| Abstract:
| A variety of studies (summarized in Sadow, 2001) of the effects of film on political attitudes generally show small effects empirically difficult to demonstrate. This paper attempts to assess the amount of political learning that occurs from a feature-length film and its potential for attitudinal change by experimental means, building on the earlier effort that showed potential for significant attitudinal change among viewers. Results of this experimental study provide more evidence that film could have a significant impact on some peoples’ political views, specifically and perhaps even generally in terms of political orientations. | Most Common Document Word Stems:
