Following the 77th Texas Legislative session in 2001 a comprehensive effort to develop and implement a systematic measurable plan for dropout prevention began. Senate Bill 702 which was passed during the 2001 session required the development of a measurable state plan to reduce the dropout rate in Texas public schools in
in their respective schools. Hopefully we could address some of the barriers to changing teacher education in the context of available research and evaluation data. B. Methods: Describe how you will design the session so that the learner/participant outcomes are achieved. The session will be organized around the following format.
