The Coordinating Center, Wilder School of Govt & Public Affairs , Virginia Commonwealth University. The eCourt initiative is exploring factors affecting drug courts’ implementation of information technology, and developing and pilot testing a model information system designed for case management, monitoring, and evaluation. An overview of the eCourt research will be provided that includes plans for national surveys of drug courts and the design and testing of the eCourt IT system, and results from a brief, preliminary survey of drug courts’ use of management information systems will be presented. |
