by melodramatic expectation. Dislodging expectation allows one to see the world and one's place in the world anew. A bold and perplexing film can open up the space of deliberation once again at a time when this space is most desperately needed. The film can hopefully help to disrupt the givenness of the contemporary moment and while it does not house any concrete answers for grappling with the present or provide detailed prescriptions for the future it can contribute
