Abstract:

This poster examines feminist attitudes and perceptions of work-family conflict in a sample of women and men. A large body of literature examines work-family conflict; however few studies have investigated this in conjunction with assessing participants' feminist attitudes. Using questionnaire data, proposed analyses will include non-parametric and descriptive statistics.
