Value-based User Tendency and Usage of Wireless Internet: A Survey Analysis of Applications, Satisfaction and Use Amount

An examination of the statistical properties of the scales in the survey yielded a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.66 for SES and 0.48 for use amount. Considering the recommended threshold range of 0.6-0.7, SES demonstrated weak but fair reliabilities for the use amount variable. Reliability test for satisfaction indicated a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.72 for ease of use, 0.76 for information quality, and 0.80 for connection quality, showing strong convergent validity across satisfaction variables. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was run on EQS 5.7b to perform a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for the model of satisfaction measurement. This CFA tests the construct validity of the factor loaded variables to the latent variables. Figure 2 illustrates the CFA model with all factor loadings clearly indicating unidimensionality.
