Abstract:
|
Drawing from Deleuze and Guattari, this essay demonstrates how rethinking the fundamental tension in organizing as the balancing of organizational (im)possibility allows for understanding difference as a central feature of organizing, rather then a periphery concern. This is accomplished by highlighting the ontological status of organizations as becoming, and applying this reconsideration to both 1) the status of difference as part of organizations, and 2) organizing to challenge material conditions of difference in society. |
