Abstract:
|
Researches view organizations in different ways and take various approaches to study them. In this paper, I have considered the social interaction and social networks perspectives on organizations. I have tried to make an argument that, although these views differ in many aspects, they have much in common and can complement one another in their attempt to understand processes of organizing. |
