Abstract: This paper assesses emerging evidence of a relatively new concept: Global Organized Terror. The focus is on developing relationships between international organized crime groups and terrorist organizations. Focus is placed on the changing nature of activities related to terrorist and organized crime groups. Special emphasis is placed on arms trafficking, drug smuggling, human trafficking, and weapons of mass destruction. |
