This study provides evidence that such shifts occur, and they are positive in nature. Additionally, the study distinguishes between traditional hero characters and antiheroes, noting that viewers of antihero films go through more extreme shifts in disposition and report higher levels of enjoyment than viewers of traditional hero films. |

Using both an assessment tool that is designed to assess and examine the degree to which future teachers are disposed toward technology in educational settings and a large-scale nationally representative data set, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to examine and validate the underlying dimensionality of disposition as well as the causality among the constructs of the disposition. |
